Robin Zahner BS, MBA (office manager)
Robin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. She then obtained her MBA Nichols College and joined our practice in June 2004 after working in a variety of other healthcare settings. She is a member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and has helped us implement two electronic medical records. She also was instrumental in organizing our move to our current office. In her spare time, Robin enjoys spending time with her dogs.
Jamie has worked in medical billing since 1987 and has been at Wareham Pediatrics since 1990. She became a Certified Professional Coder in 2009. She belongs to a bowling league and spends most of her non-working time at home with her family.
Regina Matthews has worked in the pediatric field since 1993 and at Wareham Pediatrics since 2005. She worked in the Front Office and currently works in medical billing. Regina enjoys spending time with all of her family she loves to cook and is still trying to find the perfect mac and cheese recipe. She has an interest in genealogy and history, and is the mother of 3 beautiful children.
Bianca Robinson, Medical Home Care Coordinator
Bianca Robinson is the Medical Home Care Coordinator at Wareham Pediatric Associates with the responsibility of being the contact for assisting the practice with providing accessible, patient/family centered, continuous, coordinated, comprehensive, compassionate and equitable care. She also serves as the resource coordinator for families who need assistance and guidance with gaining access to a multiple array of different health and social services.
Bianca graduated from Bryman Institute with a certificate in Medical Assisting in 2001 and has over ten years of experience within the field. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a minor in family and addiction studies at Cambridge College and an interest in Nursing.
Prior to joining Wareham Pediatric Associates Bianca worked at The Fish Center for Women’s Health in the Department of Gynecology as a Medical Assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She also worked for The Center for Digestive Disorders at Boston University Medical Group.
She is the mother to a five year old little girl that she enjoys spending her free time with.
Megan received her Associates in Science and Certificate in Medical Assisting from Bay State College in 2001. After graduation she went to work in the pediatric field and then joined Wareham Pediatrics in 2006 as a Medical Assistant. In 2012 we asked Megan to become our Front Office Supervisor. In this role she supervises all of our Front Office Staff and helps plan and implement quality improvement measures. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
